Our friends at SavannahSkates.com have some great plans for Go Skateboarding Day going down on June 21st… Tag along for some fun skating around town, then check in at Woody’s for a night of more skating and more fun…

Here is the whole spill from Jeremey (underground king) :
The Underground workshop will be Monday and Tuesday of each camp session: Come on out for a unique, one of a kind, custom skateboard workshop, hosted at Woody’s Skatepark, put on by Underground Skateboards and crew. We will provide a raw deck, a screen, a t-shirt, and all supplies to customize your deck. This is your opportunity to learn how to professionally create your own skateboard. We will cover the basic fundamentals of screen-printing, stenciling, staining, and sealing a deck. You will have the know-how and bragging rights of making your own pro quality deck. Additionally, all the screens will stay on file with Underground so future purchases will be available for your deck at any time.Sign up for one of two session, or both if you like! 20 kids max per session, must be 10 years old or older (or get approval from woody’s crew if younger) to attend. Kids are encouraged to start working on a design for their decks prior to coming to workshop.Design must be one color on a paper no bigger than a standard 8.5 x 11 inches.
Well, after a short break – just long enough to catch our breath – We are ready to kick off our Summer schedule! Full of craziness and fun… the goal is to stay active, involved and more importantly, to keep skating!
Thanks Adam (savannahskaets.com) for the plug and graphic!
To get things started on the right foot: This SUNDAY, May 30th – 7pm, it is our Summer Kick off Party! We’ll be grilling and grinding Woody’s style until late in the night… Come to the park, hang out or skate, see old friends and meet new ones… Have a dog or two and watch or try your best over the hubba ledge for THE BEST TRICK OVER THE HUBBA event…. Winner gets some Hubba gear, whiners get told to shut-up, get another dog and skate (of course!)
