Awesome turnout at our first big event this year! We had almost 50 people at the park this past Saturday and raised $612 bucks to finish our new/adopted ramp! A very big thanks to everyone that helped out!

Of note was the huge support we got from the Savannah Skates crew, Underground Clothing and the many parents/friends (old and new!) that helped make this event a real success.

Lastly, hats of to Boe for coming up with this event and his mom for a nice donation… We will be posting more pictures and videos of the day as they become available… Don’t forget to check the progress on the ramp!

We will be at the park around 2:30 pm… BE THERE!

We are excited to tell you that Woody’s has joined forces with Underground Skateboard and Clothing Company…

This cooperation will allow us to provide you with local, quality and affordable gear.
Expect to hear more about these guys and, more importantly, expect to find their products at our shop!

Thanks to Jared’s (bob the builder) carpentry smarts and lots of elbow grease, our mini has a new skin… check it out!

Up next: platform and coping!

I (Erik) set up my camera to take one picture every two seconds over the course of a few hours and assembled all the 2,500 pictures into a movie sort of time lapse of us skating one section of the park.  I hope you enjoy.

Crazy skate goodness went down at Woody’s yesterday! Almost 40 people showed up at the park… not only that, but it was by far the coldest day in Savannah… Go figure!

It was so cold that our fridge felt warm! But it didn’t matter, we had a huge fire going, an endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and hot dogs to boot.
